At SuperPawn I managed all IT assets and services. I developed and implemented all IT policies. I was the Administrator of Netware and Microsoft servers throughout the enterprise, as well as Btrieve, Gupta SQL, and MS SQL Databases. I managed all networks and telecommunications, starting with Frame Relay and evolving to a sophisticated Cisco VPN mesh network of company owned and franchise locations. I was the Administrator of our MS Exchange and Systems Management servers. I deployed and managed data centers with Switch where we located our enterprise databases and websites. I managed a call center and all hardware installation/maintenance services. I also managed all security cameras installation and security footage storage.

Bally Techno0logies/ScIentific Games

At Bally we were a globally integrated IT organization. However, the EMEA data center resided in our Nice, France office and I was responsible for hiring and managing the local IT team. I was also responsible for all Software Development in Nice, focused on the MCC Casino Suite, as well as all customer support for this product, including a multilingual 365x24x7call center. I introduced many technology optimizations in Accounting and Business processes and was personally responsible for Business Intelligence in the region. In this capacity I personally created software to assist the business, such as the MCC Purchase Order system. and MS SSIS (Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services) technology to consolidate the many Excel, Oracle, and SQL data sources into a consolidated BI repository.
